Aside from litigation, he’s also gain on other expertise during 7 years tenure in a law firm where he was involved in various projects and tasks, including, but not limited to providing expert advice and oversight in large and complex corporate negotiations, managing legal aspects of commercial, transactional and corporate governance matters, handling civil matters, family law such as estate and succession legal issues. He’s desires in legal industry continued by joining a prominent foreign telecommunication company as Legal & Audit for 8 years where he gained wide legal aspects in technology infrastructure industry. He’s also proficient to provide advice for clients to minimize potential risks related to employment, anti-bribery and anti-corruption.
Alfian adheres to strict ethical principles when representing clients before Indonesian courts and arbitration panels, obtained he’s Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic Parahyangan University in 2008 and earned his Master of Laws with specialization in Notary from the University of Padjadjaran in 2014. Alfian also have a licensed Advocate and active member of Indonesia Advocate Association (AAI).
